Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the event Reinvent the Event, organized by Estação Livre under the Event Point brand.

Event Point reserves the right to modify the presentation, structure, and content of the event and its platforms, as well as the conditions of access and/or use. Any changes will become effective upon implementation. By accessing, browsing, and using the website and other event platforms, the User expressly and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Event Platforms

The registration website and other event platforms are intended exclusively for lawful and appropriate purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the platforms for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, obscene activities, or any actions that violate the rights of third parties.

Any misuse of the registration platform will result in immediate cancellation and may be subject to legal action by the organization.

The organization reserves the right to take all necessary measures to protect the security and integrity of its platforms, including monitoring suspicious activity and cooperating with competent authorities.

3. Registration | Conditions

3.1. Participation in Reinvent is open to anyone within the events industry.

3.2. To register, you must complete the registration form provided, ensure that all information is accurate and truthful, and complete the payment.

3.3. Registration is personal and non-transferable. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

3.4. The organization reserves the right to cancel any registration without prior notice if false or inaccurate information is identified or if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

3.5. The organization reserves the right to deny entry to any participant deemed inappropriate or in violation of the Event’s Terms and Conditions.

3.6. By registering for Reinvent, you agree to receive email communications related to your participation.

By installing and accessing the Reinvent App, you agree to share certain information with other participants, namely: Name, Email, and Company. Other data, such as your photo or additional profile information, is optional. You also consent to receiving push notifications, which can be enabled or disabled at any time.

You may cancel your participation and unsubscribe from communications at any time via the appropriate link included in email communications. For more information, please refer to the section “Your Rights”.

You may also explicitly consent to sharing your contact details with event partners for marketing and communication purposes.

You may choose to use the networking features within the mobile application to share your contact details with other participants.

4. Pricing

The ticket price for Reinvent 2026 is as follows:

• Until April 27, 2026 (or up to a limit of 150 tickets): €55 + VAT
• After April 27, 2026 (or once more than 150 tickets are sold): €75 + VAT

Registration and payment must be completed exclusively through the official website: www.reinvent.pt

Tickets are invoiced by Estação Livre – Comunicação (NIPC: 508135648), based in Trancoso.

Available payment methods: MBWay, Multibanco Reference, Credit or Debit Card.

Tickets are only valid after payment has been completed.

If purchasing more than one ticket, a ticket code will be provided at the end of the registration process to share with the respective participants.

Each participant must complete an individual registration using the provided code.

Ticket availability is limited. The organization reserves the right to close registrations once capacity is reached.

At the time of registration, you may request an invoice and provide billing details. If no details are provided, a simplified invoice will be issued.

No changes to billing details can be made after the invoice has been issued.

5. Notifications

5.1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to receive email notifications related to your registration. If you install the Event app, you also agree to receive push notifications. To stop receiving communications, please contact: be@reinvent.pt

5.2. By registering for the event, you also agree to receive email communications related to future editions of the event. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in the messages.

6. Changes and Cancellation

6.1. The organization reserves the right to make changes to the venue, program, schedule, speakers, or any other aspect of the Event if necessary. Participants will be informed of any relevant changes.

6.2. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified as early as possible. In such exceptional cases, tickets will either remain valid for a new date or be refunded.

7. Cancellation and Substitution

No refunds will be issued after payment, even if you are unable to attend the event.

Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund.

If you are unable to attend, you may update the ticket details via the website.

8. Image Rights Consent

By participating in the Event, you agree that the organization may use photographs, videos, or any other images captured during the Event for promotional and communication purposes.

9. Privacy Policy and Data Collection

9.1. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the Event Point Privacy Policy.

9.2. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9.3. Personal data will be used exclusively for purposes related to the management and organization of the Event.

9.4. The organization commits to adopting appropriate measures to protect personal data and will not disclose or share it with third parties except when necessary or legally required.

9.5. These measures aim to ensure a safe and reliable environment for all participants and promote the quality of the Event.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Obtain confirmation that your personal data is being processed and request a copy of your data
• Update your data at any time
• Request deletion or restriction of processing if there is no longer a legal basis
• Withdraw consent (where applicable)
• Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transfer it to another party

You may also object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest.

11. Responsibility

11.1. Participants are responsible for any damage or loss they may cause during the Event.

11.2. The organization is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or incidents that may occur during the Event.

12. Limitation of Liability

Event Point shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Event, except where liability is legally required.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1. All intellectual property related to the Event, including promotional materials, presentations, website content, and any related materials, is the exclusive property of Event Point.

13.2. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of such materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

14.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal.
