The Eventeers Awards
This initiative by Event Point aims to recognize event professionals, giving well-deserved acknowledgment to their talent, both within and beyond the industry.
Who are the professionals behind events?
More than recognizing events, we recognize the people behind them through a distinguished jury panel, as well as public voting.
The public can nominate event professionals they believe deserve recognition in the categories of Technology, Inspiration, Art, Ingenuity, and New Talent. The jury then reviews these nominations to select five finalists in each category. In the next stage, the list of finalists is published and the public votes—via an online form—for the winner in each category. At the same time, the jury casts its votes.
The final winners are determined through a combined weighting of jury votes (60%) and public votes (40%). Each category winner will be announced in Estoril during REINVENT the Event.

The Eventeers Awards Categories
Technology
The person who lives and breathes technology and is able to find the best technical solutions for every challenge.
Inspiration
The person who, regardless of their role, inspires others, brings out the best in those around them, and is always willing to help—whether supporting people, causes, or challenges within the industry.
Art
The person who—whether an event manager or working in technical or creative roles—brings beauty to everything they do, and has a unique ability to use design, imagery, and aesthetics to create truly remarkable events or services.
Craft
The person for whom nothing is impossible. On the contrary, there is always a solution to every problem even if it means improvising or inspiring others to believe in the seemingly impossible.
Rising Talent
Young professionals up to the age of 30 who show great promise in the events industry, across any field, bringing fresh ideas, creativity and innovation.
