Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the event Reinvent the Event, organized by Event Point (Estação Livre – Comunicação).
Event Point reserves the right to modify the presentation, structure, and content of the event and its platforms, as well as the conditions of access and/or use. Any changes will become effective upon implementation. By accessing, browsing, and using the website and other event platforms, the User expressly and unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
By registering for the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Event Platforms
The registration website and other event platforms are intended exclusively for lawful and appropriate purposes. It is strictly prohibited to use the platforms for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, offensive, obscene activities or any actions that violate the rights of third parties.
Any misuse of the registration platform will result in immediate cancellation and may lead to legal action.
The organization reserves the right to take all necessary measures to protect the security and integrity of its platforms, including monitoring suspicious activity and cooperating with authorities.
3. Registration | Conditions
3.1. Participation in Reinvent is open to anyone within the events industry.
3.2. To register, you must complete the registration form, ensure all information provided is accurate, and complete the payment.
3.3. Registration is personal and non-transferable. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
3.4. The organization reserves the right to cancel any registration without prior notice if false or inaccurate information is identified or if these Terms are violated.
3.5. The organization reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant deemed inappropriate or in violation of the Event’s Terms and Conditions.
3.6. By registering for Reinvent, you agree to receive email communications related to your participation.
By installing and accessing the Reinvent App, you agree to share certain information with other participants, namely: Name, Email, and Company. Other data, such as your photo or additional profile information, is optional. You also consent to receiving push notifications, which can be enabled or disabled at any time.
You may cancel your participation and unsubscribe from communications at any time via the appropriate link in email communications. For more information, see “Your Rights”.
You may also explicitly consent to sharing your contact details with event partners for marketing and communication purposes.
You may also choose to use networking features within the app to share your contact details with other participants.
4. Pricing
The ticket price for Reinvent 2026 is:
- Until April 27, 2026: €55 + VAT
- After April 27, 2026: €70 + VAT
Registration and payment must be completed exclusively through the official website: www.reinvent.pt
Tickets are invoiced by Estação Livre – Comunicação (NIPC: 508135648), based in Trancoso.
Available payment methods: MBWay, Multibanco Reference, Credit or Debit Card.
Tickets are only valid after payment is completed.
If purchasing multiple tickets, a ticket code will be provided to share with other attendees.
Each participant must complete individual registration using the provided code.
Ticket availability is limited. The organization reserves the right to close registrations once capacity is reached.
At registration, you may request an invoice and provide billing details. If not provided, a simplified invoice will be issued.
No changes can be made to billing details after invoice issuance.
5. Notifications
5.1. By accepting these Terms, you agree to receive email notifications related to your registration. If you install the app, you also agree to receive push notifications. To stop receiving communications, contact: be@reinvent.pt
5.2. By registering, you also agree to receive email communications about future editions of the event. You may unsubscribe at any time.
6. Changes and Cancellation
6.1. The organization reserves the right to make changes to the venue, program, schedule, speakers, or any other aspect of the Event. Participants will be informed of relevant changes.
6.2. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified as early as possible. In such cases, tickets will either be valid for a new date or refunded.
7. Cancellation and Substitution
No refunds will be issued after payment, even if you are unable to attend.
Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund.
If you are unable to attend, you may update ticket details via the website.
8. Image Rights Consent
By participating in the Event, you agree that the organization may use photos, videos, or other images captured during the Event for promotional purposes.
9. Privacy Policy and Data Collection
9.1. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the Event Point Privacy Policy.
9.2. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data.
9.3. Personal data will be used exclusively for event management purposes.
9.4. The organization will take appropriate measures to protect your data and will not share it with third parties except when necessary or legally required.
9.5. These measures help ensure a safe and reliable environment for participants.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request confirmation and access to your personal data
- Update your data at any time
- Request deletion or restriction of processing
- Withdraw consent where applicable
- Request data portability

11. Responsibility
Participants are responsible for any damage or loss they may cause during the Event.
The organization is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or incidents occurring during the Event.
12. Limitation of Liability
Event Point is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Event, except where required by law.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Event, including promotional materials, presentations, and website content, belongs exclusively to Event Point.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
